Frequently asked questions

No questions will remain unanswered. There's no time for that.

When will my order arrive?

Short answer: It depends - Most orders arrive in 5–15 business days.

The delivery time varies based on your location, the numbers of recent orders having come in and a ton of other criteria. There's also cases where we will send parts of your order that are quick to deliver seperately from the ones that might take a bit longer, so that you can enjoy your quick Timeless pieces sooner.

Generally speaking the delivery time will almost never be later than 30 business days in the very worst case.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Exchanges: Not offered. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@timeless-clothing.de with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds: After withdrawal, we refund the item(s) plus the cheapest standard shipping option (no express upgrades). Refunds go to the original payment method.

Defects / wrong item: Email support@timeless-clothing.de with photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund.

Not delivered: Contact us within 45 days of the ship date so we can investigate.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start production quickly. There’s a short 1-hour window to request changes or a cancellation. Even if you messaged us in time, we can't guarantee changes.

After that short time span, in most cases, sadly there will be no cancellation possibility.

Email support@timeless-clothing.de ASAP with your order number and the change you need.

How do the sizes fit?

Most pieces are unisex. Check the Size Guide in each product page's description.

Keep in mind that there's tons of pieces that are generally oversized and some that's babysized, always check description first!

Pro tip: measure a favorite tee/hoodie flat and match it to our chart for a perfect fit.

How do I care for my Timeless pieces?

Wash cold (30 °C), inside-out, gentle cycle

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

Air-dry if possible (or tumble low)

Iron inside-out; don’t iron directly on prints/embroidery

Wash darks with darks to maintain deep tones
